Position: Video Editor (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Location: Remote (UK Working Hours)

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor who can work on professional client projects and create content for our own social media platforms.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor proficient in DaVinci Resolve (and open to using other software if needed) to support two key areas:

Client Work: Setting up projects and editing high-quality videos for our professional clients.
Internal Content: Creating and editing engaging videos for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn and other channels.
This is a remote position requiring flexibility in workflow. At times, footage and assets will be sent via Dropbox, and in other instances, remote login to edit directly on our systems may be required. Work hours should align with UK time zones to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.

Responsibilities:

Project Setup:
Organize and set up video projects with assets, timelines, and appropriate folder structures for efficient editing workflows.
Video Editing for Professional Clients:
Edit high-quality videos that align with our clients’ expectations and brand guidelines.
Incorporate feedback to deliver polished, professional content on time.
Social Media Content Creation:
Edit and produce engaging, dynamic videos tailored for our LinkedIn and social media platforms.
Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for online content.
Remote Workflow Management:
Handle video editing projects through Dropbox for asset transfer.
Remotely log in to systems when required to complete editing tasks efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all videos meet professional standards and are consistent with the company’s style.
Maintain a strong focus on storytelling and visual impact.
Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (experience with other software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus).
Strong understanding of video editing principles, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Experience creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
Comfortable working UK business hours for collaboration.
Preferred Experience:

Experience editing videos for professional clients in corporate or creative industries.
Knowledge of the video production pipeline and file management best practices.
Familiarity with trends in social media video content.
