As our Webmaster /Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the online presence of Canyon Builders, a construction company and Ridge Cap Ventures, a real-estate investment firm, both located in Los Angeles, CA. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our website using WordPress, implementing search engine optimization strategies, and creating social media content to engage our audience.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Edit, update, and maintain the companies websites using WordPress, ensuring it remains current and functional.
Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content to promote services and projects.
Create and implement professional graphic designs for website, social media, etc;
Track website analytics and social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online strategies.
Implement website enhancements, such as plugins or additional features, as required.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any technical problems.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience working with WordPress.
Familiarity with social media content creation and management, especially LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of web design principles.

Soft Skills:
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Creative and capable of developing engaging content.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional and efficient in communication.

Basic Skills:
WordPress content management system.
Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Photoshop).

Desired Technical Skills:
Background in construction or real estate industries.
Knowledge of website security best practices.
Experience with digital marketing campaigns and tools.
