Seeking a Highly Skilled Architectural Detailer & Drafter – Full-Time Remote

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Detailer & Drafter with strong Revit skills and a deep understanding of architectural detailing. The ideal candidate must be able to produce high-quality detail drawings, follow structured workflows, and communicate effectively in fluent English.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents in Revit.
Develop and refine technical details for architectural projects.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of detailing, including past work examples.
Revise drawings based on feedback and markups.
Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret building and zoning codes in English is a plus.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) with experience in detailed architectural drafting.
Strong knowledge of construction detailing (must provide past work examples).
Experience with floor plans is a plus.
Must be highly proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to learn building codes and understand zoning regulations in English.
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software is a plus.
