Architectural Drafter for Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Drafter to support our real estate projects. In this role, you will create technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on the project specifications provided by our design and construction teams. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Draft layouts, elevations, sections, and other construction documents in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Modify and revise plans based on client feedback, design updates, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in site planning, space planning, and design development as needed.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and drafts for future reference.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, as you’ll work closely with remote teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in real estate development or construction projects is a plus.
