Job responsibilities:

-Produce layout plans and detailed construction/furniture drawings for carpenters and builders to construct.
-Determine the client's goals and requirements, translating them into innovative design solutions.
-Conduct research and sourcing on new materials and products to enhance project outcomes.
-Ensure all contracted services are delivered to meet client expectations.
-Create sample boards and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively.

Requirements:

-Proven 5 years of work experience in the architecture/interior design field, with a focus on residential, commercial, and retail space planning.
-Diploma or higher in architecture/interior design.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Coohom (3D software), with knowledge of AI designing software considered a plus.
-Keen eye for material and color selection, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
-Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and suppliers effectively.
-Mature with initiative to work independently, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
-Capacity to stay organized and focused on long-term projects, ensuring timely delivery.
