Architect Virtual Assistant – Website Project Manager and Social Media

Dear candidates

We are an architectural practice based in Europe.

We are currently looking to undertake a rebranding, including the redesign of at least two websites.
We are looking for an project manager / VA with architectural background leading (with the CEO) the coordination of the new website design.
We have already engaged a graphic designer and will hire a wordpress developer. We might also hire an architectural copy writer.

YOUR JOB will be to work closely with CEO to initially work on the concept of the website and to fully coordinate all different parties (graphic designer, SEO strategy, copy writer, developer,..) until completion.
After the website has launched to also develop with the CEO a social media strategy and to continuously coordinate and execute content.

• The candidate must have solid experience managing and coordinating online design and web content.

• The candidate must be highly organised and efficient.
