JOB DESCRIPTION:
40 hours per week, available Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm Saudi Arabia Standard Time

Job description: We are looking for someone to respond to tickets via email or phone and answer live chat questions in Arabic and in English. The candidate will be trained on how to respond to all tickets and chats.

Experience/skills required: Candidate must be proficient in WRITING and SPEAKING English (C2 Level) and Arabic, using web-based apps such as Gmail or chatting apps, keen eye for detail, proficient in learning new software, and must answer inquiries timely during their assigned hours.

We do not require a specific level of formal education but it is a consideration. Fluency and understanding our programs and apps are the most important attributes.

PAY RATE: $5 USD per hour paid via WISE (must confirm hours accurately via time tracking program specified by IBCCES)

PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly on Mondays

SCHEDULE: Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm Saudi Arabia Standard Time

START DATE: TBD

TIME OFF POLICY: If candidate is unavailable for scheduled hours due to holiday, illness, or any other reason, they must notify supervisor as soon as possible – unavailable dates/times must be sent in writing via email to jill@ibcces.org no later than 2 days in advance of the planned absence and will be reviewed. If employee is ill or unexpectedly unable to work, notification must be sent in writing to jill@ibcces.org as soon as possible.
