We are currently seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Arabic to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Arabic-speaking clientele.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with tea
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (both written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is advantageous
Proficiency in English is a plus
