Job Title: Appointment Setter - Base Pay + Bonus (Remote Position)

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Texas Business Hours)

Job Overview:
Are you a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting? We’re looking for highly motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing team!

This role involves conducting cold calling campaigns for a roofing company in Texas. The objective is to contact homeowners affected by storms or those with repair and replacement issues and book them in for a free inspection. Your success will be measured by the number of inspections booked and the amount of daily calls you make.

To be clear, the minimum requirements are:
250 dials per day
1 inspection set

Key Responsibilities:
Make 250 outbound calls daily to generate leads and set appointments.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for free roofing inspections.
Track leads and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Effectively communicate our product or service offerings to potential clients.
Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.


Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling, B2C campaigns, and appointment setting.
A track record of success in hitting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus but not required.
Availability to work during Texas business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
Comfortable making 250+ dials per day—this will be measured daily.
