Appointment setter

About us:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our services/products.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, persuasion skills, and fluent in English.
- Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills (preferred).
