Who Are We?
We are a digital marketing agency based in the U.S. (Florida) that specializes in helping service-based businesses grow through social media marketing. We’re expanding and looking for a talented appointment setter to join our team and Set appointments by doing outreach via creative methods with scripts provided, documentation provided, and training/coaching provided.

What we need from you:
Setting appointments via DMs and other creative methods.

Booking Appointments on behalf of leads.

Using your own accounts for outreach + any that are provided for you.

Being able to follow protocol in the form of scripts, Docs & 1:1 Training.

Long-term opportunities:
Opportunities to grow with the company and utilize your new found successful skill set in growing a team of VA's to manage

Opportunities to grow with the company and help client fulfilment as we obtain more clients (client-facing role)

Compensation & Expected Earnings:
$5/hr + $50 Bonus/3 Appointments Set + $100/new business closed


Trial for 1 month at part time and re-evaluate to Full Time Hire.

Base Salary:

20 hours/wk = 80 hours/mo

$100/wk = $400/mo



If setting 3 appointments per week = 12 appointments per month:

+$50/wk = +$200/mo

If I were to close conservatively 50% of those appointments = 6 closed business per month

+$600/mo



Base + Performance Bonus (Projected):

$400+$200+$600 = $1200/mo



Which if broken down into 80 hours for the month breaks down to a $15/hr effective hourly rate.

And of course as you get better, the results can be better. The upside is solely up to you.
