About the Role

As a Sales Specialist (Setter), you’ll play a key role in helping high school families navigate the college admissions process by connecting them with our Sales Advisors. Your job is to engage with potential clients, guide them through our pipeline, and ensure they have all the information they need to succeed.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values initiative, communication, and making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with potential clients through calls, texts, and emails.
Review our Facebook Group and other platforms for new leads.
Move prospects through the pipeline using our CRM.
Document every interaction with leads and clients in the CRM system.
Educate prospects about our services and how we can help them.
Collaborate with the Client Success Director to identify opportunities to better serve clients.
Attend regular Sales Team meetings and training sessions.
