Appointment Setters/ Call Center

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our call center team. As an ISA, your main responsibility will be to call leads that we provide for home improvement contractors and book appointments on their behalf. You should be available to work in the USA time zones. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be good on the phone. Its not a job that u need to take out ur entire day for, leads can come in at any time and an usual call will take no more than 5 minutes, plus U would NOT be getting 100 calls a day. So u can also continue building ur own business or doing ur main job in the backend. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to leads and qualify potential clients. Number will be provided. - Understand client's needs and provide accurate information about our services - Book appointments and manage the scheduling process. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients Requirements: - Strong communication and good on the phone - Wanting to learn. - Familiarity with home improvement industry (especially roofing) is an INSTANT plus point!
