Job Overview: Seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our business. The initial focus will be on appointment setting for our training and coaching services, with a transition into sales support, including closing smaller deals and booking keynote speaking engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, CRM experience (Go High Level preferred), and a background in appointment setting or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to schedule appointments for training and coaching services.
Manage and update the CRM system (Go High Level preferred) with client interactions and follow-ups.
Transition into a sales support role by assisting with closing smaller deals and booking speaking engagements.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Utilize Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative and reporting tasks.
Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in appointment setting and/or sales support with proven success.
CRM proficiency (Go High Level preferred, but not required if willing to learn).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
