Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to excel in a sales-driven environment? We are a growing Vacation Rental Management Company, managing over 60 properties, and we are in search of a dedicated Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Reach out to property owners via platforms like Zillow, Craigslist, and
-Craft and send personalized messages to potential clients, aiming to schedule appointments for our management team.
-Manage and organize responses, follow up diligently to ensure appointments are set.
-Maintain accurate records of all outreach and interactions in our CRM system.
-Coordinate with the management team to ensure the calendar is up to date with all scheduled appointments.
-Ensure that all appointments set meet our criteria for qualified leads.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred though not required.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Familiarity with Google Calendar and basic CRM systems.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
-Benefits and Compensation:
Base salary of $500 per month.
-$20 per qualified appointment held.
-10% commission on the first month's revenue from new clients brought in through your efforts.
