We are a US Based Healthcare Recruitment Company.
Our team is looking for a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team!
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
You Will be scheduling appointments for phone interviews for healthcare professionals to attend a webinar on zoom using our script.
You will be calling
WORK SCHEDULE: The schedule is 12 pm est til 9 pm est Monday to Friday EST US Time
You cannot have other clients or jobs while working here. This job requires 100% of your undivided attention to complete your job each day.

You will be on zoom each day with the owner.
This is a sales company. You will be organizing the leads and contacting the leads to schedule appointments.
You may have to source your own leads if the leads given to you are exhausted.
Key Responsibilities:
Script Adherence: Follow a prepared script and adapt your approach based on the conversation to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our approach and improve messaging.
Goal Achievement: Schedule 5-10 Appointments a day. They must show up on the zoom call to count
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target audiences, campaign strategies, and feedback.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Must speak good English.
Experience: 5 years of Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
You must be very organized.
Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Persistence: High level of motivation and persistence, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Excel, Slack, CRM systems and basic office software. Experience with [specific tools, if applicable] is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
