CONTRACT DURATION: JANUARY 2025 - NOVEMBER 2025, renews on JANUARY 2026.

We are on the lookout for a talented and effective Appointment Setter. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in professional and persuasive communication to nurture leads and set up appointments. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Manager on discovery calls and ensure accurate documentation of interactions in our CRM system. Your goal will be to exceed our target for show-up rates and contribute to the growth and success of our sales initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services and generate interest.
- Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target markets.
- Able to prioritise leads to call daily.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold-calling efforts.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Strive to meet and exceed the target for show-up rates to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
- Keep accurate documentation of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and can speak with a UK/British accent. (required)
- Basic knowledge of Amazon's platform and e-commerce processes.
- Proven experience in appointment setting and/or cold calling/telemarketing.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Experience in Hubspot CRM is a plus.
- High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.

- Mock Calls & Demo: Jan 9 - 17
- Official start date: Jan 20 (after successful training)
