Appointment Setter (sales experience required)

We are looking for one female sales rep with minimum 1 year experience in the medspa industry (selling weight loss, body contouring, body enhancements, facial aesthetics etc).

We are offering a generous commission structure & career progression path for the right candidate into head of appointment setting and chief of sales/staff.

Salary is a mix of retainer + comms, expected in the region $1.5K base to $2k+ OTE.

Ideal Candidate Description

You have experience as an appointment setter in an inbound sales / telemarketing / appointment setting / ISA role.

You are looking to maximise your earning while progressing your career to the next level.

Minimum 1 year B2C experience

Knowledge of the medspa industry (selling weight loss, body contouring and facial aesthetics etc) is a plus

Experience working with US/UK companies and customer base

Experience in an inbound role (outbound optional)

Expert GHL (GoHighLevel) user

Familiar with power diallers (optional)

Able to work 9am - 5pm EST

Role Description

Call inbound leads within 5 minutes

Be in charge of 5-10 medspas

Manage and update the pipeline

Follow up with leads for 4-7 days

Book appointments and collect deposits

Remind/reschedule appointments
