We are a fast-growing US painting company looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. Your role will be essential in generating leads, setting appointments, and nurturing relationships with potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn & Facebook engagement, and CRM management.

Responsibilities
???? Cold Calling & Cold Emailing – Contact leads to introduce our painting services, qualify prospects, and set appointments.
???? Organic LinkedIn & Facebook Outreach – Engage with potential clients and businesses, sending personalized messages to generate leads.
???? Facebook Ads Management – Assist with running and managing Facebook ad campaigns to attract new clients.
???? CRM Management (Go HighLevel) – Update and manage lead data, track interactions, and ensure follow-ups are properly scheduled.
???? Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing – Maintain regular contact with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
???? Appointment Scheduling – Set up and confirm appointments with qualified prospects for our sales team.
???? General Admin & Reporting – Track outreach performance, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
?? Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and appointment setting (preferably in the painting, home improvement, or service industry).
?? Familiarity with Go HighLevel CRM (GHL) or similar CRM tools.
?? Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken).
?? Ability to handle objections, engage prospects, and close appointments.
?? Experience with LinkedIn and Facebook organic outreach for lead generation.
?? Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Management (preferred but not required).
?? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
