We are a forward-thinking marketing agency serving the solar and roofing sectors. We're currently looking for a skilled Appointment Setter who is experienced with the GoHighLevel platform. This role involves direct outreach to consumers on behalf of our clients in the solar and roofing industries, with the aim of setting appointments and conducting initial engagement calls.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with consumer leads to schedule appointments for solar and roofing consultations.
-Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, document interactions, and track appointment outcomes.
-Conduct welcome calls to introduce potential customers to our clients' services, answering any preliminary questions and building rapport.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding our clients' solar and roofing offerings to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to refine call scripts and outreach strategies based on consumer feedback and conversion rates.
-Achieve or surpass set targets for appointment setting and lead qualification.

Requirements:

-Proficient in English with outstanding verbal communication skills.
-At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting or customer service, with a preference for candidates with a B2C background.
-Strong familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM; applicants should detail their experience level with this specific platform.
-Proven track record in a performance-driven role, with a focus on achieving sales or lead conversion targets.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
-Availability to work across various time zones to connect with a nationwide customer base.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Prior experience working in the solar or roofing industry, particularly in customer-facing roles.
-Strong understanding of sales psychology and consumer engagement techniques.
-Knowledge of the home services market and current industry trends.
