Job Title: Appointment Setter & Sales Support - Land Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Appointment Setter to support our Senior Land Representative (SRLR) in managing landowner outreach, scheduling consultations, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume scheduling efficiently.
This position plays a key role in booking and confirming solar farm consultations (SFCs), managing follow-ups, and supporting the sales process by ensuring all appointments are accurately set and tracked.
The schedule primarily starts at noon Mountain Time and requires availability during weekends to keep appointment-setting operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting & Lead Management:
Reach out to landowners via phone and
Qualify leads, confirm interest, and ensure all necessary details are captured before scheduling.
Follow up with potential landowners to keep engagement high and increase booking success rates.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Work closely with the Senior Land Representative and sales team to coordinate schedules.
Ensure timely updates on scheduled appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Maintain accurate records of all scheduled calls, consultations, and interactions.
CRM & Data Management:
Input and update lead information in the system to ensure data accuracy.
Track and report on appointment-setting performance, including booked calls and conversion rates.
Assist in improving the appointment-setting workflow for higher efficiency.
Weekend Coverage & Process Optimization:
Ensure landowner inquiries and booking requests are handled promptly over the weekend.
Suggest improvements for optimizing the appointment-setting and follow-up processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Assistant, or Customer Support Representative (real estate, solar, or land acquisition experience is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in outreach and cold-calling.
Ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged in conversation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and CRM software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability to work weekends and start at noon Mountain Time.
