JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
JRA (Junk Removal Authority) is hiring a part-time, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book appointments with business owners in the junk removal, dumpster rental, and demolition industries across the U.S.
This is a cold outreach role — but we make it easier. You’ll get the list, a battle-tested script, a CRM, and full support from our sales team. You’ll work from home, stick to 15–20 hours per week (no more than 4 hours a day), and be the first point of contact with companies ready to grow.

If you're a self-starter who loves talking to people and gets excited about earning commission for delivering results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Cold calling business owners from a vetted list we provide
Following a proven script that builds rapport and books appointments
Qualifying leads and scheduling calls directly on the sales team’s calendar
Managing daily outreach and follow-ups using our CRM
Hitting consistent dial and booking targets

What You’ll Get:
Hourly pay + uncapped commission
A script that works (no guesswork)
A CRM and softphone system (web-based or app)
Weekly coaching, feedback, and sales training
Room to grow — top performers may move into full-time or high-earning sales roles

Compensation:
$7–$9/hour + $150 per closed deal
Commissions are paid twice per month
Commission is uncapped
A “closed deal” means the client signs a contract and makes their first payment to JRA.

Strong, confident communicator — especially over the phone
Experience in appointment setting or phone sales (required)
Organized, self-driven, and reliable
Comfortable using a CRM and following structured workflows
Coachable and eager to improve
