Job Posting: Prospecting and Appointment Virtual Assistant
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as Prospecting and Appointment Virtual Assistants. This role offers flexible working hours and performance-based bonuses.
About the Role
Your main focus will be lead generation and appointment setting. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities

Create new opportunities in related
Engage in direct messaging (DM) conversations following the sales process.
Utilize social proof from current clients to build trust.
Maintain an organized database of prospects and track progress.
Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
A natural conversationalist who enjoys initiating dialogue with potential clients.
A proactive and goal-driven approach to appointment setting.
A hunter mentality—persistent in identifying and securing sales opportunities.
Strong attention to detail in grammar, data entry, and record-keeping.
Conscientious in maintaining our brand image while interacting with prospects.
Reliable and able to check in at agreed-upon times.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar spreadsheet tools.
Prior experience in appointment setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Amazon selling is a plus but not necessary.
Compensation
£30 per booked appointment (no Base Pay).
Payments are made on the 1st of each month.
