Appointment Setter (Real Estate Offer)

We are a fast-growing real estate coaching business that helps real estate professionals scale their investments and grow their portfolios. We're seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with strong communication and sales skills to join our team and help us consistently book qualified sales calls.

This role offers uncapped earning potential:

- 5% commission on a $5,000 offer for every closed deal ($250 USD per sale)

- Performance bonuses available

- Competitive base pay (subject to preferred commission %)

Experience with real estate and GoHighLevel CRM is a plus but not required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

This is a part-time role to start (15 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and results.
