What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cold Calling Representative, your main role will be to call real estate agents from our CRM and set appointments for our Account Executive. You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking conversations and booking meetings to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to real estate agents using our CRM.
Engage in meaningful conversations to book appointments for the Account Executive.
Accurately record call details and update the CRM with relevant notes.
Use Slack to communicate with the team efficiently.
Manage and maintain an organized calendar for appointments.
Follow a structured workflow while adapting to conversations naturally.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous cold calling experience (real estate experience is a plus!).
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
Organized and detail-oriented – you keep track of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
Familiarity with Slack, CRMs, and calendar management.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $4.50/hr with a 90-day performance review for an increase to $5/hr.
Incremental raises throughout employment based on performance.
