JOB OVERVIEW

Assistantly is looking for a High-Ticket Sales Professional to engage with prospects, communicate the value of our premium programs, and drive conversions. If you have 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, strong closing skills, and a consultative sales approach, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with prospects through empathy, patience, and active listening.
Communicate the value and impact of our services, offering tailored solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by demonstrating strong closing skills.
Utilize multiple sales channels (phone calls, direct messaging, email) to drive conversions.
Track and analyze personal sales performance to optimize results.
Provide regular reports on activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Maintain a high level of professional knowledge by participating in weekly sales training calls.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales.
Proven ability to close sales effectively across multiple platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in cold calling and consultative sales strategies.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Ability to think on the fly, adapt to new situations, and confidently direct sales interactions.
Strong understanding of KPIs and performance tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
