Presidential Cleaning Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing cleaning company. This role involves telemarketing, sales lead generation, and appointment setting to connect with businesses, construction firms, daycare centers, colleges, and other organizations in need of professional cleaning services.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, setting up sales meetings, and ensuring accurate data entry. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth in corporate cleaning, post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Telemarketing & Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to businesses, property managers, and decision-makers to introduce our cleaning services.
* Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify potential clients, gather information, and qualify leads based on their needs.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
* Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain relationships with potential customers and encourage conversions.
* CRM Data Entry: Accurately log all call details, customer interactions, and appointment schedules into our database.
* Sales Support: Provide initial information to prospects, handle basic inquiries, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales lead generation (preferred but not required).
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Ability to handle objections and turn leads into appointments.
* Strong organizational and data entry skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with the cleaning industry (preferred but not mandatory).
