Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist

We’re seeking a high-performing, results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you’re a sales-savvy professional with a passion for connecting with people, generating leads, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and engage with leads through email, direct messages, and social media channels to book calls with our closer team.
2. Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and manage follow-ups to ensure a seamless booking process.
3. Sales Conversations: Confidently hold and close sales conversations with U.S.-based CEOs.
4. Social Media Expertise: Leverage platforms to attract and engage potential leads and ensure a professional online presence.
5. Pipeline Management: Use GoHighLevel to manage a clean and organized lead pipeline, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
6. Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, building and optimizing sales programs, including creating SOPs, tracking KPIs, and driving team performance.
7. Sales Psychology: Apply advanced sales techniques and psychology to build rapport and drive conversions.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consistently improve processes to meet goals.
What We’re Looking For:
9. Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be speaking and writing to U.S.-based clients daily.
10. Experience in Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate leads and engage CEOs to book sales calls.
11. GoHighLevel Expertise: Skilled in CRM tools, maintaining an organized and effective lead management process.
12. Compensation Flexibility: Comfortable with commission-based compensation models.
13. Documented Success: A proven track record of building sales programs, managing KPIs, and optimizing team performance.
