About the Client: The client is a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. With a focus on streamlined processes and personalized support, they specialize in tenant onboarding, property maintenance coordination, and administrative management. Their commitment to excellence ensures a seamless and professional experience for all clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify 5-10 inbound warm leads daily.
Explain company services, unique differentiators, and pricing structure.
Set in-person or phone appointments with qualified leads.
Answer prospective client inquiries and assess lead viability.
Hand off qualified leads to Stephen (broker) for deal finalization.
Utilize CRM systems for tracking and follow-ups (training provided).
Compensation
Base Salary: $800/month.
Commission-based structure with earning potential up to $2,500/month.
Open to high-performance incentives (e.g., $50 per qualified lead).
Exceptional candidates may earn up to $3,000/month.
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in appointment setting and/or sales.
Property management or real estate experience preferred (but not required).
Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (training will be provided).
