Seller Fuel dba Toy Launch is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter Intern to join our growing e-commerce team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual to gain real-world experience in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales support. The position is designed for someone eager to develop essential skills in a dynamic, fast-paced eCommerce environment. This role is performance-based, offering growth potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position after the internship period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients that align with our target audience.
* Outreach and Scheduling: Conduct cold calls,
* Data Management: Accurately input and update lead information into the company CRM.
* Follow-Up Communication: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to secure appointments and maintain engagement.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach success rates and report on weekly progress to the team.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to overall goals.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not required).
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Compensation: USD $1.50 per hour, estimated at approximately $240 per month during the first three months of the internship (based on a 40-hour work week).
