This is a part time position, 8 hours a day Saturdays and Sundays.
16 hours per week.


Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Appointment Setter, where you'll play a crucial role in initiating and nurturing client relationships across multiple real estate campaigns and entities. Your primary objective will be to set high-quality appointments for our real estate professionals, ensuring a steady influx of qualified leads into our sales pipeline. This role offers diverse opportunities in residential properties, commercial investments, and loan servicing.

Responsibilities:
1-Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients, introducing our services and assessing their real estate needs.
2-Build strong rapport and relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
3-Customize sales pitches and campaign strategies to align with each client's unique requirements.
4-Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for our real estate agents to follow up.
5-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment outcomes in our CRM system.

Requirements:
1-Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting within the real estate industry.
2-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3-Ability to adapt communication style to different client personalities and preferences.
4-Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
5-Familiarity with real estate terminology, trends, and involvement in multiple campaigns/entities is advantageous.
6-Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and communication tools.
7-Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

Additional Requirements:
1-Experience with time tracking and adherence to fixed daily work hours.
2-Adaptability to utilize multiple CRMs based on campaign needs.
3-Willingness to undergo a paid probationary period.

Pacific Time Zone.
Time, Activity and Invoice Tracking via Hubstaff.
