We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA / appointment setter) to join our dynamic team. As an ISA, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, and booking appointments. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
Call and nurture leads for our client accounts
Prospect and contact prospects
Set appointments for our clients with prospects
Reach agreed upon KPI targets by the deadline
Resolve lead inquiries
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Fluent in English (Preferably zero to no accent)
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with prospects
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
