JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to help out with my business. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring our clients have a great experience with us.

- Excellent English Proficiency: You’re clear and accurate, both written and spoken, so nothing gets lost in translation.
- Experience with Sales Calls: You know how to engage clients professionally and confidently, especially over the phone.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite would be awesome.

What you'll be doing:
- Scheduling & Coordination: You’ll handle scheduling and coordinating appointments, keeping everyone in the loop and making sure follow-ups happen right on time.

- Client Info & CRM Management: Keep client information up-to-date, organized, and easy to access. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus!

- Document Review & Accuracy: Help review contracts and important documents, making sure they’re accurate and meet our -standards.

- Communication: Be the go-to contact for clients and team members, connecting over phone, email, and Slack. Strong phone communication is key since you’ll be handling client calls confidently and professionally.

- General Admin Support: Help directors with tasks like data entry, document organization, and prioritizing tasks, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
