Job Post: Appointment Setter [DT-HHW]
Position Type: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Work Schedule:
- 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
- 9 AM to 3 PM EST (Saturday)
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to provide remote administrative and sales support to a medical practice. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, experience in appointment setting, and the ability to convert inquiries into booked consultations.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling and Appointment Setting – Call potential leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert them into scheduled consultations.
- Appointment Scheduling and Reminders – Manage patient appointments, confirm bookings, and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Patient Records Management – Maintain, update, and organize patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Handling Patient Inquiries and Correspondence – Answer and respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Social Media Management – Create engaging content, schedule posts, manage social media accounts, and monitor engagement.
- Medical Receptionist Duties – Handle incoming calls, assist potential clients in booking initial consultations, and guide them through the onboarding process.

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, and lead conversion.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Friendly, inquisitive, and a good conversationalist with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls to drive sales.
- Background in administrative and receptionist tasks.
- Proficiency in using the following tools and software: Unified Practice, CRM Software, Google Workspace, social media management tools and any dialing or VOIP software.


Basic Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Ability to provide an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested.
- Must be available for video meetings with the camera on.
- Must not have other clients during the required work hours.

Technical Requirements:
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
- Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
