Appointment Setter – Cold Calling (REMOTE, Part-Time)

About Us: Keyp Clean is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Colorado. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Appointment Setter to assist with cold calling and business outreach. This part-time position offers flexibility with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Position Overview: As our Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for cold calling businesses, setting appointments, and tracking performance metrics. We’re looking for a candidate who can meet key performance indicators (KPIs), set and achieve goals, and follow up on leads effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients
Set appointments and follow up with leads
Track and report on KPIs and goals
Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems
Handle email correspondence and appointment scheduling
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in cold calling or B2B environments
Proficient in speaking English
Ability to work on Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to set and meet KPIs and sales goals
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Stable internet connection and reliable backup power source
