PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE APPLYING Job Posting: Appointment Setter Job Description: Appointment Setter Location: Remote Position: Full-Time M-F 9am - 5pm CST We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting appointments with HVAC clients across the US through cold calling. The ideal candidate should be familiar with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level, where progress will be meticulously tracked. Comprehensive training and SOPs will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This role requires daily and weekly progress reports to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized. Applicants must be prepared to undergo a series of evaluations, including a personality test, an English grammar and vocabulary test, and an English listening level test. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointment bookings using our digital platform. Communication: Cold outreach via phone to qualify and schedule appointments for our sales team. Data Management: Update and maintain records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest i technologies to better assist clients.
