Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who will play a crucial role in securing qualified meetings, known as "Discovery Calls Held," for our clients. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and text messaging, working seamlessly across multiple client accounts using tools such as Salesloft.

Responsibilities:

Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and text messages, targeting specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) provided by our clients.
Use pre-written email templates and scripts to align communication with client goals and branding.
Schedule and confirm qualified meetings (Discovery Calls Held) with prospective clients.
Operate within the Pickworth GTM framework, utilizing Salesloft and other tools effectively.
Adapt quickly to new client accounts and industries, maintaining seamless transitions between them.
Meet or exceed performance metrics tied to Discovery Calls Held.
Participate in ongoing training to improve your skills and effectiveness in the role.

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus but not required.

Comfortable working with multiple tools and transitioning between client accounts.
Ability to follow scripts and frameworks while maintaining a personable and professional demeanor.
