Appointment Setter (Remote – Women Only)— Direct AI Marketing & CRM Company (US-Based)

This is a 30-day work agreement (subject for renewal after 30 days, based on performance), remote position with a shift running from 9 AM to 5 PM PST

Are you a driven, detail-oriented woman with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people? We’re looking for talented female professionals to join our team as Full-Time Appointment Setters for a leading US-based AI Marketing & CRM company.

We specialize in cutting-edge marketing automation and customer relationship management solutions, and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated individual to be the first point of contact for potential clients.

What You’ll Do
As our Appointment Setter, you'll be the link between our marketing efforts and sales team. Your role is to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings that move the sales process forward.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects.

Prospect Outreach
- Initiate contact via phone and email.
- Clearly articulate the company’s services and benefits.
- Handle objections with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Appointment Scheduling
- Qualify leads based on set criteria.
- Set appointments using digital scheduling tools.
- ConfirUpgrade to see actual infoeting details with both sales reps and prospects.

CRM Management:
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
- Report weekly appointment setting activity and progress.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Share insights to improve outreach strategy and lead quality.


What You’ll Bring

Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English.

Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM software, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications.
Your own equipment (computer and headset).
A stable, high-speed internet connection.

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Familiarity with the marketing or SaaS industry.
