OverclockedIT LLC is a Pennsylvania-based IT services company. At our core, we are an outsourced IT department for organizations with 20-100 employees in the healthcare industry. We provide all the standard IT services, such as technical support, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more. Our unique value proposition is that we offer strategic advisory services, such as assisting with HIPAA compliance, consulting on EMR/EHR solutions, and developing IT budgets. The Role of Sales Development Representative:
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services to set qualified appointments with our Solution Engineer
- Maintain records of calls as well as follow up information in our Customer Relationship Manager in a multi-touch telemarketing campaign
- Meet daily call goals
- Meet weekly appointment goals
Experience:
- Required: 2+ years of B2B appointment setting or business development experience
- Desired: Experience in technology appointment setting or sales
Requirements:
- Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
- Enjoys practicing new sales techniques through practice scenarios, A/B testing, and sales call role-play
- Ability to quickly learn new software (Microsoft Office, Contact Science, MSP Camp)
- Ability to follow the Business Development process
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Stable internet connection, updated computer (no more than 5 years old), and headset for phone calls
Supplemental pay:
- Up to $50 for a qualified appointment that shows up to the scheduled call with our Solution Engineer
- $Up to $500 for a qualified new customer

Hours:
20-40 hours/week (flexible)
