We are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to contact warm leads who have not yet booked a call. Your role is to engage potential clients, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments on our Business Development Reps' (BDRs) calendars.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads who have expressed interest but haven’t scheduled a meeting.
Qualify leads and ensure they meet basic criteria.
Use CRM tools to track interactions and schedule appointments.
Maintain a professional and engaging tone to encourage conversions.
Requirements:
Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
YOU MUST SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH.
