Aesthetic Acquisition is a fast-growing marketing and appointment booking agency that helps med spas and aesthetic clinics fill their calendars with pre-deposited, high-quality appointments every month.

The Role

This role is for females only. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling and qualifying leads, booking appointments, and ensuring our clients receive high-quality, ready-to-show prospects. You’ll follow proven scripts, handle objections, and work within our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to track and update leads. Your role directly impacts our clients' success by filling their schedules with paying, committed customers, eliminating the need for them to chase unqualified leads.

Your Responsibilities

Call & qualify leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
Book high-quality appointments with potential clients.
Ensure leads meet qualification criteria before booking.
Follow structured scripts & sales processes to maximize conversion rates.
Follow up with leads to increase appointment show-up rates.
Update lead information in our CRM system (GoHighLevel).

Requirements

Fluent in English (B2+ proficiency or higher, spoken & written)
Personable, confident, and persuasive on the phone
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow structured scripts and sales processes
Stable internet connection (20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
Noise-canceling headset and quiet work environment
Dual monitors/screens for multitasking
Reliable electricity and backup internet to avoid interruptions

Schedule & Pay

Shifts based on Australian time zones (Fixed weekly schedule).
4-hour morning shift + 4-hour afternoon shift per day (Fixed schedule).
$7 per hour + $2 per booking + extra performance-based bonuses.
