We’re looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our academy, helping us connect with Social Media Managers (SMMs) and aspiring business owners looking to break into the space. We help SMM's scale their online businesses. You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, pre-qualifying prospects, and booking them into discovery calls with our team through Instagram and LinkedIn DMs.

This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll be expected to deliver results—we have serious targets, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
? Outreach & Engagement – Proactively message and connect with potential clients on Instagram and LinkedIn.
? Lead Qualification – Identify and qualify leads who are serious about growing their business.
? Booking Calls – Secure pre-qualified discovery calls for our team.
? CRM & Tracking – Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and bookings in our system.
? Strategic Input – Suggest improvements to messaging scripts and outreach processes to increase effectiveness.
? Daily & Weekly Targets – You’ll have clear KPIs to hit, and we expect you to drive results.

???? What We’re Looking For:
???? Prior experience in appointment setting, outreach, or lead generation.
???? Fluent English (both written and spoken) – NO grammar mistakes in messages.
???? Highly results-driven – You need to be hungry, motivated, and committed to hitting targets.
???? Strong communication skills – You must be able to build rapport and hold meaningful conversations.
???? Experience using LinkedIn and Instagram for lead generation.
???? Ability to handle objections and keep conversations flowing.
???? A proactive, problem-solving mindset – We need someone who can take initiative.
