Appointment Setter - Part time
Pay: $300/month + performance bonuses
Hours: 20 hours/week (after one month trial period)
Commitment: 1-month paid trial (weekly pay based on performance), then potential for long-term (5+ years)
Pay Increases: After 3 months of consistent performance
Messaging Hours: Only between 9 AM – 8 PM EST

About the Role:
We are hiring experienced appointment setters to book sales calls through cold DM outreach on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Must have previous experience in appointment setting and be able to start with minimal training.
Looking for fast learners who take action without micromanagement.
Strong written communication is a must.

Trial Structure:
1-Month Paid Trial, paid weekly based on performance.
We are hiring multiple candidates for testing (10 hours/week) then keeping the best performers.
After month one, top performers will be working 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
Send outreach DMs to potential clients (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and manage scheduling.
Ensure a high call show-up rate by communicating with leads.
Log outreach activity in Google Sheets/CRM.
Meet weekly targets for calls booked based on performance benchmarks.
Video Meetings: Occasional meetings on Google meet are required
Time-tracking: Must track time using app provided.

Performance-Based Bonuses:
Base Requirement:
Minimum 18 booked calls per month to qualify for bonuses
Leads must meet basic quality criteria to count

Bonuses:
20+ booked calls (qualified leads only) $20 monthly bonus
30+ booked calls (qualified leads only) $35 monthly bonus
40+ booked calls (qualified leads only) $60 monthly bonus
75%+ show-up rate extra $30 bonus


What Counts as a "High-Quality" Lead?
HVAC or Home Service business
At least 3+ employees
Expressed real interest in SEO/digital marketing (not just "sure, I'll take a call")

Requirements:
Must have prior experience in appointment setting (3+ months minimum).
Must be able to start with minimal training.
Strong written English & communication skills.
Must use: Google Chrome, Drive, Sheets and Hubspot
Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly.
