Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a highly motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our team! As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while playing a key role in supporting medical spas across the country by turning warm leads into confirmed appointments.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with Warm Leads: Reach out to potential clients who have already expressed interest, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
Schedule Appointments: Use your organizational skills to book appointments efficiently, adhering to client-specific goals.
Provide Excellent Communication: Share accurate details about medical spa services, including pricing, promotions, and policies.
Update Systems: Maintain accurate records of all appointments and communication in our CRM and tracking tools.
Collaborate with Teams: Communicate regularly with team members to optimize performance and share insights.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong Communication Skills: You’re confident, clear, and approachable on the phone and in written communication.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records without missing a beat.
Self-Motivated: You take initiative and thrive in a remote work environment.
Previous Experience: Appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience is required.
