Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role by scheduling qualified appointments. Your focus will be on reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are matched with the right tea
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided lead lists.
Qualify leads by asking the right questions to understand their needs.
Schedule appointments for the sales team using our CRM system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Follow up with leads via phone,
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed appointment-setting goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
