JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales process, you'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving conversions to our courses. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a direct impact on our success.

Performance-based commission: $20 commission per meeting or consultation booked; $100 commission for each enrollment. This will be on top of the hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Outreach: Conduct 100 cold outreach attempts daily across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, email, social media, etc.)
Warm Outreach: Execute 50 warm outreach attempts daily across various platforms to engage existing leads.
Lead Qualification: Add a minimum of 5 qualified leads to our waitlist each day.
Community Growth: Add 10 new members to our Facebook group daily to build a thriving community.
HubSpot Management: Ensure 20 people are added to HubSpot daily for follow-up and tracking.

Post-Course Launch (Jan onwards):
Generate 50-100 new leads per week that meet qualification criteria.
Achieve a response rate of 20-30% on outreach messages.
Book at least 5-10 consultations or meetings from new leads (commission of $20 for each qualified person who shows up to the meeting, $100 if they enroll).
Convert 15-20% of leads to the next stage in the sales funnel.
Ensure 1 course enrollment of $297+ per week (commission of $20 per enrollment).
Add 100 qualified people to HubSpot per week.
