Position Overview: We are looking for somebody with an amazing english accent and excellent speaking skills. As the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, the DTO Representative plays a crucial role in supporting potential patients dealing with chronic and painful conditions. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and empathetic first impression while guiding leads toward potentially life-changing treatments. The ideal candidate is a compassionate advocate, skilled at delivering exceptional service and committed to following procedures that enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen, assist, and guide each lead to the right treatment. Do confirmation calls every Sunday to ensure patients are in for the coming week.
- Respond to inquiries, reach out to potential patients, and include their key support person when scheduling.
- Be friendly, patient, and supportive, making each caller feel valued.
- Use Go High Level, Google Calendar, Google Voice, and Gmail to manage appointments and communications.
- Track leads, appointments, and outcomes to stay organized and ensure follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to keep everything running smoothly and positively.
- Bring energy and fun to your role, making every interaction enjoyable.
- Receive and attend full training to feel confident and set up for success.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: The position offers a competitive base salary.
- Bonus Structure: In addition to the base pay, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses
- You will get up to $1 to $2 per showed appointment depending on office performance. We usually get 50% show rate and we have the ability to schedule 15 people per day. You will easily get up to more than $1 per hour. Talk about extra cash!
Work Schedule:
- EST Hours (Clinic hours)
- You have to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesday
- Your off days are on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to empathize with patients who may be experiencing significant pain or discomfort.
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their quality of life.
- Excellent english speaking skills.
