Location: Remote (Open to candidates worldwide)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Singapore Time)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and reliable Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls via Microsoft Teams to schedule appointments with insurance leads. The ideal candidate will follow provided call scripts, consistently deliver results, and maintain a professional approach. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in appointment setting are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Contact assigned leads daily using Microsoft Teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for our insurance team and update schedules with accurate details.

Script Adherence: Follow pre-approved call scripts to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Call Reporting: Record outcomes of calls and provide daily updates on progress.

Professional Communication: Speak confidently and clearly to engage leads effectively.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a similar role with demonstrated success.

Excellent English Communication: Clear, confident speaking ability with strong command of the English language.

Microsoft Teams Experience: Familiarity with using Microsoft Teams for calls and scheduling.

Good Equipment: Access to a high-quality microphone and stable internet connection for seamless communication. Have a Macbook or good desktop to work with

Reliability: Ability to follow scripts and procedures consistently while delivering results.

Requirements:

Ability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Singapore Time.

Quiet workspace with no distractions during working hours.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.

Past references or evidence of similar work success.
