Appointment Setter

The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills (without the use of a script), critical thinking skills, English proficiency, tech savvy, experience appointment setting with cold outbound marketing outreach, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with our dynamic sales team.

We will give you the software tools and training needed.
- You must be proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.
-GOOD WRITTEN GRAMMAR IS A MUST!
- Ability to be organized and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work EASTERN TIME ZONE: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 8:30pm (Eastern Time).
- Hourly pay for 40-50 hours per week paid twice a month.
- Ability to be alert and ready to work with good attendance and performance.
- Computer/laptop and stable internet connection required.
-Screenshot monitor software will be required (at no cost to you)
- 90-day probationary period. After which, we will conduct an informal performance review of your attendance, booked call quantities/quality. After 180 days, you may be considered for an increase to your pay based on performance review and other criteria.
- Attendance and punctuality are expected, every day. If you have an extenuating circumstance, you will need to be approved for time off.
