Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter with experience in utilizing Facebook Groups and Direct Messages (DMs) to set appointments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a strong internet connection, and be comfortable working during the Eastern Time Zone. Excellent English speaking and writing skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle and overcome objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Facebook Groups and Upgrade to see actual info to identify and connect with potential clients.
Set appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
Communicate effectively and professionally to build relationships and overcome objections.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Facebook Groups and Upgrade to see actual info for lead generation.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work during the Eastern Time Zone.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to handle objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence.
